At the heart of Vitesse’s success is a leadership team whose combined experience spans decades and whose shared commitment to excellence drives every decision. Each leader brings a distinct strength to the business.
The company’s founder and CEO, Aldo DeCarolis, leads with the same entrepreneurial spirit that launched Vitesse from a small apartment to a major logistics provider. Michael Scalzo (CFO), Mo Selim (VP Pharma & Healthcare Logistics), Domenic Santini (CTO), and Julienne Bucci (Chief of Staff & VP HR) form the core leadership team that guides Vitesse with integrity, innovation, and a people-first culture.
Dr. Emidio DeCarolis, Ph.D. (Biochemistry & Molecular Biology), Vice President of Regulatory and Quality Assurance & Operations Consultant, blends over 20 years of pharmaceutical research and regulatory leadership with a passion for operational excellence. His scientific knowledge and strategic vision have contributed to building Vitesse’s pharmaceutical division into a trusted partner for controlled-temperature and GDP/GMP-compliant transport, and help ensure every shipment meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and care.
